Physical items

  • Return requests accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.

How to start a return

  1. Email hello@focely.com with your order number and reason.
  2. We’ll reply with instructions and the return address.
  3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection (3–7 business days).

Damaged or wrong items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll replace or refund promptly.

Exchanges

For a different color/model, return the original (per policy above) and place a new order.

Digital products

Non-refundable once downloaded. If your file is corrupted or you can’t access it, contact us within 7 days and we’ll resend or provide an updated file.
